Full description of the position

Job Description: As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the B2B market. You will leverage your proven sales expertise and relationship building skills to expand our client base and contribute to our company's success. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of standard sales practices and a passion for exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Prospecting: * Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other outbound sales activities. * Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. * Qualify leads and assess their potential for our digital advertising solutions. * Sales Process Management: * Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. * Develop and deliver tailored proposals and negotiate contracts. * Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system. * Relationship Building & Client Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution. * Provide exceptional customer service and support. * Market Knowledge & Industry Expertise: * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital advertising best practices. * Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams. * Achieve Sales Targets: * Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: * Minimum of 1+ years in marketing or advertising sales * Proven track record of success in generating new business through networking and relationship building. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. * Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented. * Proficient in CRM software Compensation & Benefits: * Base salary: (commensurate with experience). * Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. * Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, insurance, & 401K * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
