Now Hiring: Experienced Automotive General Sales Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader with a proven track record in dealership sales management. Key Responsibilities

:

• Set and achieve monthly/annual unit sales, gross profit, and departmental goals
• Recruit, train, and lead a top-performing sales team
• Conduct daily sales meetings and coach team on performance and CRM usage
• Oversee vehicle inventory levels, showroom display standards, and lot merchandising
• Ensure full CRM tool utilization and prospecting efforts across the team
• Collaborate closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
• Support sales staff in deal closings and F&I turnover
• Monitor sales performance reports and forecast accuracy
• Evaluate and appraise used vehicles
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies
• Partner with Service Manager to streamline new vehicle pre-delivery
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and professionalism

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• 5+ years of automotive sales experience, including finance and insurance
• 5+ years in a dealership management role
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, inventory control, and dealership processes
• Proficient with MS Outlook and internet-based tools
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
