Location: Columbus, OH (In-Person) Company: Infuse One Ohio Type: Full-Time | Healthcare | Growth Infuse One Ohio is on a mission to expand access to high-quality, patient- centered infusion therapy across Ohio. With two locations and aggressive growth plans, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive expansion efforts across Columbus and beyond. This is your opportunity to shape the future of infusion care in Ohio -- right from the frontlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development strategy in Columbus and surrounding markets
• Build and nurture referral relationships with physicians (Rheumatology, Neurology, GI, Immunology, Primary Care), hospitals, and case managers
• Educate providers on Infuse One Ohio's services, capabilities, and referral process
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for new clinic locations
• Represent Infuse One Ohio at healthcare events, networking functions, and community engagements
• Track and report growth metrics and market trends
• Managing referrals (i.e. gathering patient documents, obtaining orders, communication with referrals sources with updates on pending patients)

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare sales or business development
• Experience in the infusion industry or specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
• Strong local provider network in Columbus is a major advantage
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
