Parking Account Specialist (Downtown Tampa) employment type: in person full-time (M-F 8:30am-5:30pm) Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises is currently seeking to fill a full-time monthly parking account specialist position to assist in the processing of full-cycle accounts receivable, account reconciliation, deposits, sales, data entry, day today customer assistance and projects as needed. This position is based out of our corporate office located in Tampa, Florida. Primary areas of responsibility will be as follows: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and provide customer service for monthly parking accounts and parking citation disputes. * Sales of parking spaces for monthly parking prospects * Collect monthly payments from all monthly parking customers & parking citations * Entry and management of daily deposits * A/R of all monthly parking accounts * Month end and maintenance reporting * Marketing and cold calling * Collections of past due accounts * Track and distribute all monthly parking hang tags * Submit maintenance request as needed for parking lots * Communicate daily with all necessary departments * Create and distribute flyers * Assist with front office receptionist duties as needed REQUIREMENTS: *MUST have Quick books experience * MUST be proficient -- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook * MUST have A/R experience * MUST have 1 yr customer service experience * Strong time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Dependable work history * Team player who thrives in fast paces work environment * Sales experience preferred * Must pass nationwide background check Our company recognizes that our employees are our most valuable asset.
