Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with New and Used Automotive Dealership experience to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and a proven track record in customer and employee retention. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and ensuring the team meets its sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance and manage leads. * Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills in sales and customer service. Skills * Proven experience in sales is preferred. * Strong background in the automotive industry. * Proficiency in VinSolutions or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
