Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical sales expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends to effectively position our products and services. Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market demands. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Foster strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for account management and upselling. * Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. * Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills in customer service, outside sales, and technical sales. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Qualifications * Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a technical or B2B environment. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and motivation. * Strong understanding of account management principles and practices. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
