Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.

- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills in customer service, outside sales, and technical sales.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and motivation.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
