Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be essential in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. * Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. * Document customer interactions in our database for future reference. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently. * Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Skills * Proficient in Spanish; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. * Strong cash handling experience is preferred. * Excellent computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with customer service software. * Demonstrated client services experience with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining professionalism. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
