Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You'll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We'll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Apply today!Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies * Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies * Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims * Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations * Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current * Required to effectively and consistently network to identify potential new clients Qualifications: * Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus * Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus * Client service experience as a sales representative a plus * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred * Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite About Company As a New York Life Financial Services Representative, you'll be offering high- quality life insurance Financial Products for Insurance and Retirement Planning needs.
