If this sounds interesting to you, below are a few more details. * Manages a book of business and pipeline of leads that will generate a consistent stream of member growth opportunities. * Cultivates relationships with existing partners within the School Districts and local organizations and identifies opportunities to partner with new schools and local organizations. * Represents MFCU and presents on behalf of MFCU within the community and at various events. * Partners with the branch network team and branches to identify new membership growth opportunities and to develop existing memberships. * Develops and executes a business plan to ensure future membership growth and community outreach. Here is what we are looking for: * Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record. * 3+ years of business development and/or relationship management experience required. * Ability to attend community events before and after standard business hours, including nights and weekends. Base Pay/Salary: $65,000 to $89,000/year. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
