If you're passionate about cars and have a proven track record in sales management and Purchasing vehicles we want you to join our fast-paced and dynamic dealership. Job Description: As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our pre-owned sales department. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, purchase vehicles and implementing strategies to meet and exceed those targets. You will also be instrumental in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and growing our pre-owned business. Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-owned sales team. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns. - Manage inventory and pricing to maximize profitability. - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
