Balencia is a growing medical aesthetics practice with several locations in Rhode Island. Balencia provides non/minimally invasive skin, body and wellness services with strong emphasis on patient satisfaction and ethical sales practices. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing manager with strong sales experience to lead our growth. Previous medical aesthetic practice/spa experience not required but prefer those with experience in hospitality industry.. This opportunity is great for career minded candidate looking to grow with a strong company in a high growth business niche. Must be able to work from all of our current locations. Part-time OK Responsibilities: * Set up sales targets in consultation with management and deliver results * Close leads and Sales opportunities on a timely and consistent basis. * Follow up on sales leads with phone calls, emails and SMS * Prefer experience with CRM but will train * Be able to monitor and understand competition * Develop quarterly sales plan in consultation with management. * Do in-person consultations with patients recommending different services as needed. Will train if needed. * Help plan and execute events * Be able to call prospects who respond to our marketing campaigns. This is a core requirement. * Help with reception area work when needed.
