We are seeking a motivated and dynamic AT&T Sales Representative to join our team. The AT&T Sales Representative will engage with customers, assist them in product selection, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Duties

• Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate products effectively to highlight features and benefits within a retail setting.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
