Job description Position Highlights: We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Customer Success Specialist. Office Based: ProDirect Dental Laboratory 160 Chubb Ave, Suite 304, Lyndhurst, NJ 07010 Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, supporting a Customer Success Manager to develop strong relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver an ongoing best-in-class customer experience * Troubleshooting customer issues and creating resolutions in order to improve customer experience and retention * Advocate for strategic customer needs and feedback internally, and work cross-functionally with other teams to achieve outcomes and results for customers * Implementing and coordinating marketing programs * Identifying account trends and helping to develop/leverage retention and growth playbooks * Contributing to and supporting company sales initiatives * Onboarding and training clients * ProDirect Customer Portal orientation * Maximize customer retention* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients * Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience working in customer service, support or hospitality * 1-3 years of experience working in inside sales. * Excellent communication skills (phone and written) * Ability to work in a team environment * Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Effectively engage with professionals at all levels. * Strong consultative relationship-building abilities * A genuine passion for connecting with clients and understanding their unique needs. * Bonus Points for Dental Customer Success/Lab or Medical Experience Join our dynamic team and unleash your passion for closing deals, speaking with professionals, and developing meaningful relationships.
