About the Position: The Luxury Sales Manager at the Sareh Nouri Flagship Salon is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our bridal and eveningwear clients. Sareh Nouri is looking to hire an experienced bridal/evening Sales manager for our luxury retail showroom in Chevy Chase, Maryland. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone interested in working for a fashion brand that is fast growing. The Sareh Nouri brand is produced entirely in the United States and the flagship will feature gowns from the bridal and evening collections as well as veils, boleros, and luxury robes. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Guiding brides and mothers-of-the-bride through their journey to find their perfect Sareh Nouri gown.
• Leading the showroom team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ensuring that every client receives a white-glove, luxury experience that reflects the Sareh Nouri brand values.

Requirements

:

• High-end or luxury sales experience strongly preferred
• Previous sales experience required
• Ability to track and understand sales conversion rates
• Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) is a must
• Outgoing, confident personality with comfort being in the spotlight
