Responsibilities

: - Make high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified leads - Work with a lead management system to track and follow up with prospects - Follow structured sales talk paths to maximize success - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals - Quote and bind auto, recreational vehicles, home, and commercial insurance policies - Respond promptly and professionally to incoming quote requests - Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment - Ensure customers are properly covered by cross-selling additional products - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty

Requirements

: - Insurance license (4-40 or 220) preferred; sponsorship available for the right candidates - Sales and customer service experience preferred (any industry) - Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply - High School Diploma or Equivalent required - Motivated individuals eager to earn commissions in addition to base salary - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment - Strong attendance and punctuality record Key
