A global distributor of plastic stock shapes is seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our team in Eden Prairie, MN. We are a family-owned business of over 35+ years, known for providing personalized service and custom solutions to customers across a wide-range of industries including semiconductor, aerospace, healthcare and food, among others. Ideal candidates will have the following :

• Ability to communicate clearly and form professional relationships with customers, employees and partners
• Team player, ability to collaborate well with others
• Basic service knowledge and problem solving ability to diagnose customer needs and issues
• Attention to detail
• Self-managed style and the ability to routinely organize and reorganize priorities
• Looking to get out of retail and have a flooring or Construction sales background, this might be a good fit for you.

Responsibilities

:

• Form and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers
• Enter customer quotes and orders
• Utilize problem solving and math skills to determine the best product yields for both the customer and company
• Work with suppliers to obtain quotes and submit purchase orders
• Learn and promote new products
• Provide status updates on purchases and sales orders

Requirements

• Computer aptitude and capabilities
