Are you a high energy, team-oriented person who enjoys engaging with customers and transforming women's lives? Milano Collection is looking for a Sales Associate experienced in selling high end products or services, who can engage with existing and new customers in person and via phone/video. Responsibilities * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service * Be knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options * Ensure orders secured are processed and completed * Other duties as needed Requirements * Successful track record in selling high end products or services * Good communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to wear a wig for consultations where needed - prior wig wearing experience highly valued but not required * Friendly and energetic personality that thrives in a team environment * Good project management, organization and follow through skills * Computer savvy, adept at Microsoft Outlook and point of sale systems * Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Good multi-tasker * Strong attention to detail * Reliable and punctual Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Application Question(s): * Are you willing to wear wigs for client consultations?
