Policy Recommendations: Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions and recommendations based on their unique requirements. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by Shawna Honea Allstate Agency. Consultative Sales Approach: Employ a consultative approach to educate clients on the benefits and coverage options of various insurance products. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of insurance industry trends and best practices to improve sales techniques. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Requirements * Licensing: Must possess an active Nevada Property & Casualty License prior to being hired. Experience: Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Customer Focus: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs with personalized solutions.
