About the Role Sagebrush Energy is hiring an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to help homeowners transition to clean energy. In this role, you'll guide customers through the solar process from initial consultation through contract, using a consultative, education-first approach. You'll also support newer consultants and share best practices. Key Responsibilities - Conduct virtual and in-home solar consultations with prospective customers. - Explain solar system design, energy savings, and financing options clearly. - Manage CRM updates and customer follow-up to close deals efficiently. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets with integrity and transparency. - Provide informal coaching and feedback to junior team members. Qualifications - 2+ years of solar sales experience. - Comfortable with proposal tools and customer education. - Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills. - Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. - Passion for clean energy and ethical sales practices.
