We are currently looking for an Inside Sales and Technical Associate that can provide an exceptional experience via phone communications, email, social and web-chat. This role will work directly with B2C and B2B customers, providing product solutions for their needs and meeting the Griot's Garage motto of "Customer's For Life." Core Duties: Sales & Technical: * Engage customers in the sales process via phone, email, chat, and social media. * Provide necessary service to uphold our lifetime product guarantee. * Field technical product questions and look for opportunities to turn solutions into sales. * Sales based performance incentives for meeting sales goals. * Resolve Customer Service needs via various forms of customer communications while upholding Griot's Garage high standards for creating "Customers for Life." Ideal Candidate: * Will have exceptional rapport building skills. * Is a confident, motivated, self-starter who is passionate about their work and customer interactions. * Has worked in a sales environment and understands the steps to a sale. * Can clearly communicate with both verbal and written communication. * Displays confidence, empathy, and creativity in handling internal and external customer needs. * Able to clearly communicate whether in person, via phone, email, chat or social media. * Attention to detail and good organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks successfully. * Microsoft Office application knowledge. * And most important, a willingness to...
