Customer Service Representative -In-house CSR agent - Must be licensed, property-casualty insurance agent. (Gwinnett-Walton County- Georgia-Based) About the Role: Johns Agency, LLC is seeking a motivated, licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) customer service agent based in Georgia to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will focus on servicing our members and providing support where needed for our members and providing support to agent(s). There will be cross- selling insurance opportunities to an existing book of clients--As an independent agency affiliated with The Auto Club Group (ACG), we support AAA members in Georgia and Tennessee by providing trusted insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Sell and service personal lines products including auto, home, and renters' insurance. * Maximize cross-sell opportunities and conduct policy reviews. * Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships. * Stay current with product offerings, systems, and state regulations.
