Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are willing to travel to different areas. We are a mobile retail store specializing in race products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including checkout areas.
• be able to travel on weekends according to the race schedule

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or auto parts store.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous for inventory management.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
