Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage directly with potential and existing clients to evaluate their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions. Sales Target: Achieve and exceed personal sales targets by actively prospecting new clients and retaining existing ones. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all Property & Casualty insurance products offered by Oakmonte Insurance. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Networking: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other industry stakeholders.

Requirements

Licensing: Current and valid Kentucky Property & Casualty License is essential. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Robust verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products. Customer Service: A strong service-oriented mindset with an eagerness to meet and exceed client expectations. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Proactive: Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a results-driven environment. Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
