Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic AT&T Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of AT&T, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product selection, handle transactions, and engage with customers directly. Your ability to connect with customers and provide knowledgeable assistance will be key to driving sales and fostering customer loyalty. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations. * Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and change calculations. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential. * Ability to supervise others, providing direction and support as needed. * Experience in conducting product demos to enhance customer understanding is a plus. * Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a wider range of customers.
