Are you an energetic go-getter who loves talking to people, being out and about, and making things happen? We're looking for a Sales Development Specialist to help us bring excitement (and lots of happy families) to our newly revamped children's play center in Boynton Beach, Florida!

What You'll Do

:

• Canvas local neighborhoods and businesses to spread the word about our play center
• Hand out fliers, chat with parents, and build buzz in the community
• Generate leads and bring in new business by engaging with potential customers face-to-face
• Represent our brand with enthusiasm, positivity, and a big smile
• Track your outreach and report results to the management team

Requirements

:

• Must be based in or near Boynton Beach, FL
• Outgoing personality and strong people skills--you're not afraid to strike up a conversation!
• Comfortable walking, canvassing, and being on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to get around the local area
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings as needed

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, promotions, or customer service preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a big plus
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
