Roofing Tools and Equipment is looking for a full time inside sales person at our Wilmington location. The candidate can also expect to spend time in the warehouse pulling and loading customer orders and offloading trucks from our vendors. Our mission is to provide superior customer service to the roofing industry with in-stock products at a competitive price. Our service commitment is accomplished by knowledgeable and caring employees who provide personal service at our locations and on job site deliveries.

Responsibilities

-Answer telephones and process customer requests for price quotes, orders, product availability, etc. -Determine customer needs and recommend products -Coordinate deliveries and shipments with customers and vendors -Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials in the warehouse -Assist with inventory and cycle counts Skills and

Requirements

-Industry experience in building materials or construction preferred -Adaptability to perform multiple job functions -Propensity and eagerness to learn and retain product information and our computer systems -Ability to engage with customers -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Basic computer knowledge -Detail and service oriented -Proven strong work ethic -Ability to lift 50 lbs
