About the Role

: As a Sales Representative at Dreamcrete, you'll play a vital role in helping homeowners, designers, architects, general contractors, and industry professionals bring their visions to life. This role requires a strong understanding of consultative sales processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to prospecting and cold calling to drive growth. What We 're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in direct sales (experience in building or construction trades is a plus).
• People Skills: Comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients and professionals.
• Drive: A strong sense of urgency to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Organization: The ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and schedules effectively.
• Initiative: A proven ability to prospect, make cold calls, and generate new leads.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospect for potential clients through research, cold calls, and outreach efforts.
• Generate and follow up on leads using various methods, including outbound and cold calls.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to a variety of audiences.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understand and promote company offerings and programs.
• Obtain deposits and payments from clients.
• Prepare and submit proposals for projects.
