Summary As a Pest Control sales team representative at Plateau Pest Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pest management information to commercial accounts. This position requires a commitment to quality service and an understanding of Integrated Pest Management practices to ensure effective solutions for various pest issues. Responsibilities * Perform inspections to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment options. * Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively according to established protocols. * Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and the importance of Integrated Pest Management. * Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Requirements * experience in pest control or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on the job. * Basic knowledge of pest control methods and safety practices is a plus. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
