Position Overview We're seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and scale our client acquisition, channel partnerships, and market expansion efforts. This senior- level role is ideal for a strategic, tech-savvy sales leader who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of our business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that combines direct sales execution , channel development , and marketing alignment to drive 2NSystems' growth across verticals such as healthcare , government , enterprise , and manufacturing. What You 'll Do * Own the entire sales cycle , from lead generation to client retention * Develop multi-channel sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives * Manage and expand channel partnerships with integrators and strategic partners (e.g., Excipio, Hunt) * Recruit, mentor, and lead a growing sales and inside sales team * Collaborate with marketing partners (Cardone Ventures, Market Genesis) to launch industry-specific campaigns * Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to identify whitespace opportunities * Deliver accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and executive reporting * Represent 2NSystems at conferences and events to build relationships and drive new business What You Bring * 5+ years in business development, technical B2B sales, or channel sales * Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems and large-scale sales programs * Strong knowledge of infrastructure, mission-critical systems, or industrial services * Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus) * Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce * Willingness to travel up to 25% Why Join 2NSystems?
