Performance based pay $60,000 to $150,000 About Us THIScar is a large pre owned digital auto retailer and one of the fastest growing dealers in the nation. We have 4 openings on our sales team for self motivated, driven and ambitious sales professionals. We offer a traditional sales process where customers call, schedule an appointment and come in and buy a vehicle from us at our Tomball (Northwest Houston) location. We also deliver vehicles all over the world. Unlike traditional dealer retail offerings, if the customer prefers, THIScar allows them the convenience of shopping online, purchasing, financing, and selling their vehicle all online or with the guidance and assistance of our Agents. Whether in person or online, the entire process is frictionless and with the customer-centric approach as paramount. We have a mobile vehicle purchasing/pick up process as well as vehicle delivery centers for customers to sell us their vehicle at our state-of-the-art buying center in Tomball, or one of our Sell Us Your Car centers located around town. Position Overview If you have exceptional phone skills are a self-motivated, goal driven, customer-centric individual who has experience selling cars online, we have the RIGHT opportunity for you. This role is for a money-motivated individual with above average Customer Service and Sales skills. The pay structure offers unlimited upside and a great work/life balance. As an Online Sales Agent (we call them Personal Shoppers), you will be responsible for prospecting and following up on phone and internet leads while converting online shoppers into in store appointments and/or online buyers. No cold calling!!! In this role, the Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, and ultimately selling one of the thousands of vehicles we have available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * This position will be responsible for the handling of internet leads and inbound phone calls, following up with prospective clients in a prompt, thorough and courteous manner and selling vehicles online and over the phone. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking qualifying questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Prospecting internet inquiries/leads, obtaining customer information and keeping an accurate database. * Communicate with prospective clients from lead inception through close. * Maintain dealer standard for response time. * Nurture customer relationship with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term clients. * Exhibit consultative selling skills. * Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations. * Understand automobiles by learning characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive used vehicle models. * Master product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies * Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.. * Follow-up with buyers to ensure client satisfaction and successful referral business. * Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the THIScar brand standards. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience * VEHICLES SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST - Strongly prefer Online Sales experience but will consider the right candidate with a successful and verifiable traditional sales background. * Educated to degree level or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (minimum 4 years) * Must possess a valid Driver's License * A proven history of inside sales, internet marketing and / or scheduling sales appointments * Superb communications skills, both verbal and written * Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office; efficient typing and writing skills * Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Experience: * Automotive sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
