Northeast Spray Insulation, Portland, ME is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-quality products, including insulation, blown insulation, foam insulation and seamless gutters. Responsibilities

:

• Actively seek out and engage with potential customers, including homeowners, contractors, builders, and architects.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our insulation, blown insulation, foam insulation, foundation waterproofing, and seamless gutters.
• Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive price quotes.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and customer support, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with client's post-installation to ensure full payment is received; sales representatives are responsible for collecting outstanding balances on accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of insulation, blown insulation, seamless gutters, and foundation waterproofing is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
