Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their needs, managing inventory, and promoting our products effectively. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay up to date with new products and services * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers. * Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies. * Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. * Support promotional activities and sales initiatives to drive store performance. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales area to create an inviting atmosphere. Skills * Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our community. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail . * Willingness to learn about products and promote them effectively . * Ability to work in fast pace enviroment.
