We're searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. Compensation

: $100,000+ yearly commission based

Responsibilities

:

• Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
• Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
• Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations

Qualifications

:

• Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
• Successful experience providing customer service preferred
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
