Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and e-Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in both sales and marketing, capable of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and analytics, along with a passion for driving results through innovative sales techniques. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. * Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment between product offerings and market demands. * Manage advertising sales efforts, focusing on print advertising as well as digital platforms. * Utilize SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to company websites. * Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and optimize future initiatives. * Prepare budgets for marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * Lead the marketing team in content creation that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. Requirements * Proven experience in sales management or marketing management roles. * Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising. * Experience in print advertising is a plus. * Proficient in analytics tools for measuring campaign performance. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
