Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Utilize software tools to track interactions and manage customer relationships efficiently. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Experience * Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within a technology-focused environment. * Strong customer service skills with a track record of successful business development. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and customer relationship management is a plus. * A proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation is essential for success in this role.
