Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of life insurance! We focus on Final Expense Life Insurance (Whole Life). If you're an experienced Life Insurance Agent enthusiastic about the sales industry, we would love for you to join our team! As an Inside Sales Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients and helping them make informed decisions about their financial future. We offer inbound live warm transfer leads provided by the company, with no cold calling required. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary plus commission! What you bring to the table: * A positive attitude * A willingness to learn and follow our proven systems * A desire to be a professional sales person * A desire to work with the senior market Responsibilities: - Contact warm leads provided by the company and meet with clients to determine their insurance needs and provide customized solutions. - Explain policy details and benefits to clients and help them make informed decisions. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success. - Attend company training sessions and stay up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry. - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Qualifications: - Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Must be able to pass an extensive criminal and credit background check. This is not a remote position. 40K Salary+ Plus a Commission Structure(Discussed during in-person interview) Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm EST Our home office is in South Jordan, Utah.
