Full description of the position

An industry leader with over 60 years in the business and going strong! Stark Truss Company is currently seeking a reliable Inside Sales associate for our production facility in Franklin, KY. This position is a full-time entry level position. The candidate would be responsible for coordinating jobs, scheduling, and interaction with customers / builders. The candidate will also be responsible for the input of data from the jobs/workloads into our system as well as coordinating with our design team and sales staff. The Inside Sales associate will need to have a working knowledge of Excel and be able to build Excel spreadsheets. Candidate must process good organization skill and have strong attention to detail.

Compensation

: This is a full time entry level position with a starting pay of $18-21 per hour based on experience. Schedule : Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM

Essential Functions

: - Coordinate and Schedule jobs in order to meet our customers' needs. - Be the go-to person between sales, design staff, and our customer. - Input data from jobs/workloads into our system. - Build Spreadsheets that will maintain data for our team. - Effective time management with accomplishing tasks. - Other Office/Shop duties as needed.

Qualifications

: - Knowledge in Microsoft Office products - specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Able to multitask and effectively manage priorities. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Problem-solving skills. - Communication skills, both verbally and in writing. - Post-secondary degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
