Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while assisting them in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client requirements, and a passion for sales. As well as servicing all the clients needs. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts with clients and underwriters. * Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive positioning. * Provide information on various insurance products, including benefits administration and coverage options. * Assist in sales administration tasks such as processing applications and managing client records. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. Experience * Previous experience in insurance sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Property and Casualty License preferred, if not I can help with that process for the right candidate. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly. * Experience in telemarketing or direct sales environments is a plus. * Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
