Metrics * Meets and exceeds sales goals and other key performance indicators for the company and individual sales representatives. Customer Satisfaction * Works to resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and prompt manner. Requirements: * An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. * 2+ years of sales and/or sales management experience preferred. * Knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service principles, and practices preferred. * Knowledge of construction principles and practices is preferred. * A valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company. Pay: $85,000.00 plus bonus per year
