Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
• Provide detailed information on various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to clients' needs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team sales targets.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Life & Health Insurance license required.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Arabic is a PLUS!
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
