Duties * Engage with potential clients through various channels, including outside sales efforts and retail environments. * Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products that align with their requirements. * Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding the client base. * Provide guidance on benefits administration, ensuring clients understand their options and coverage. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices. * Stay updated on industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure all practices meet legal standards. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Utilize multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse clientele, enhancing customer experience. Experience * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Background in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, allowing for broader client engagement.
