Qualifications: * 2+ years of in-home sales experience required (HVAC, Roofing, Solar, Windows, or similar). * Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding revenue targets. * Strong ability to build trust, educate customers, and close high-ticket deals. * Valid driver 's license and ability to travel to customer homes in a company-provided vehicle. * Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed. * Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
