Telecommunications Sales Agent Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in an in-person environment. * Identify customer needs and recommend the best telecommunications solutions highlighting the features and benefits of our client's products over the competition. * Proactively reach out to clients, introducing them to the latest technology products and services utilizing a consecutive and education sales approach. * Collaborate with our sales team leads to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise. * Facilitate communication between customers and client technicians to ensure a smooth service activation process. * Remain informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor insights in order to contribute to the overall growth of the company. What We 're Looking For In Our Telecommunications Sales Agents: * Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A proactive and independent individual who takes action as needed. * Desire to help others stay connected with the best solutions. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications services is preferred.
