With a rich history of innovation, we are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in driving our sales strategy forward. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer / Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our sales and engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills who can engage with customers, educate them on our products, and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with customers to understand their needs and identify applications for our products. * Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers. * Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and seminars. * Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met. * Interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards. * Utilize ERP systems to manage customer data and sales processes. Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in sales or applications engineering, preferably in aerospace, medical, or automotive industries. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications. * Experience with ERP systems and CRM tools. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to travel up to 20%.
