Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic ACA Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen ability to negotiate, and a passion for helping others secure their financial future. Duties * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct outside sales activities to develop new client relationships and expand the customer base. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options, coverage details, and claims processes. * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions. * Provide ongoing support and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Experience * Previous experience in ACA Sales * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as they can better serve a diverse clientele. * Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. * Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. * Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
