We currently have opportunities at any of our 3 DFW Area locations: Southlake, Colleyville, or Burleson,._ All candidates must have a valid P &C Insurance License to be considered._ Total Comp Package = $60,000 - $100,000+ includes Base Wage (DOE) + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities Salary: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities * Responsibilities* * Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. * Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls. * Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why its so important to have proper coverage * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established * Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. * Maintain knowledge of new products. * Answer the phone and assist walk in customers. * Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. * Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs Requirements * MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED * Must be willing to work from one of our 3 agency locations REQUIRED * MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies * Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time. * Desire to want to help educate others on insurance how and why its important to have the proper coverage * Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection. * Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively. * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. * Previous Allstate Insurance Experience preferred * Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Company Description At Mark Jameson Allstate we have 4 convenient locations throughout the DFW Metroplex.
