Morris Animal Inn, Inc. is now hiring an Enthusiastic Sales Specialist for a full-time position in our Morristown location. Our onsite call center is open from 7 AM-7 PM, Monday-Friday and 8 AM-4 PM, Saturday-Sunday. Pay starts at $18 per hour, with additional pay considerations depending on experience. Position also includes weekly sales incentives. Morris Animal Inn is family-owned and operated and has been providing premium pet care since 1960. We offer the highest quality services in luxury dog and cat lodging, fun doggie daycare, grooming, and professional dog training in our multi-million-dollar, all-suite, state-of-the-art facilities. TheSales Specialist will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients for all Morris Animal Inn locations, promote our award- winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls! Your Role as a Sales Specialist: * Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner. * Utilizing the company's proven sales process which ensures overall success. * Providing accurate and concise information to new and existing clients utilizing the tools provided. * Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons. What We're Looking For: * At least 1 year of inside sales or customer service experience in a call center environment, with a track record of meeting goals and performance metrics. * Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service. * Familiarity with database software and basic computer skills for reservation management. * Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge and communicate services effectively. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to support solution-based selling.
