Portfolio Management: Develop and manage individual financial plans that align with customers future financial goals. Product Offering: Recommend appropriate insurance and investment products tailored to customers needs. Compliance: Ensure all customers communications and transactions comply with State Farm policies and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about market trends, financial regulations, and new product offerings to provide the most current information to customers. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. Requirements Licensing: Active FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 or 7 or ChFC licenses are required. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
