Job Summary

: As a Technical Solutions Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market trends and consumer demands, providing valuable insights to optimize sales strategies. Order Management: Secure orders and ensure timely delivery of products, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product specifications and capabilities, effectively communicating the value proposition to customers and addressing any inquiries they may have. Problem-Solving: Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may encounter with our products, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term relationships. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development, providing recommendations for strategic initiatives. Training and Development: Conduct product installation and training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Field Repair: Install and repair Mimaki products as needed.

Qualifications

:

• Associate's Degree or two years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel

Requirements

: Be prepared for travel, including after-hours and weekends, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
